Shipping Availability
We currently ship worldwide.
Orders can be placed from international locations, subject to carrier availability, customs regulations, and local delivery restrictions.
Delivery Time
Our estimated total delivery time is 4–8 business days.
This includes both order handling and shipping transit time.
Order handling time: 1 - 3 business day
Shipping transit time: 3– 5 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods, holidays, or carrier disruptions, delivery may take slightly longer.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM London time.
Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

All orders include tracking where available.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all UK orders.
For international orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this tracking number to follow your order during transit.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated delivery window, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Carrier disruptions
Customs processing
High seasonal demand
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Local delivery restrictions
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to assist you and provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an address change is requested after dispatch, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to update the delivery address.
Additional carrier fees may apply, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first:
Check with neighbours or building reception
Check any safe places around the delivery address
Wait 24 hours, as some carriers may mark orders as delivered slightly early
If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier and request an investigation.
You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery status being marked as delivered.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a suitable resolution.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we can arrange a reshipment where possible.
Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the packaging
If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable resolution at no extra cost.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
This may happen when items are fulfilled from different locations or when separate shipping helps deliver your order faster.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in the same order.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
NOCHI is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import regulations.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a carrier attempts delivery and the package cannot be delivered, the carrier may hold the package for collection or return it to sender.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking updates and collect or receive the package within the carrier’s allowed timeframe.
