At NOCHI, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide return labels
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

If the issue is caused by us (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping costs.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the customer’s local currency.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours

After an order has entered processing or shipping:

  • Cancellation may no longer be possible
  • The order can be returned after delivery

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 2 business days.


📦 Inspection Upon Delivery

Please check your order upon arrival:

  • Inspect the package for damage
  • Confirm the product matches your order

If your order is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photo evidence

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

🚫 Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor colour differences due to screen settings
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Items have been used or worn
  • Items are missing original packaging or tags
  • The return request is made after 30 days

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back
  • Once approved, we will provide the return address

After inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
